This morning to continue along with mine and my sisters summer staycation theme we made a little poolside brunch of agave coated bacon & eggs in a basket 🥰 (recipe below)
Ingredients: (made 4 servings)
1 Tbsp of Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt
1/2 Tbsp of Simply Organic Herbes De Provence
1/2 Tbsp of Carrington Farms Organic Ghee
4 pieces of bread ( I used Rye from Wegmans for my family and TJ's GF white bread for me)
4 large eggs
Cheese of your choice: I used Trader Joe's Cheddar Cheese & Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions:
Heat up skillet with ghee or butter
Flatten the middle of the bread or cut a hole out entirely
Crack egg into center of bread
Be sure to place the bread into skillet if you cut a hole in the center before assembling!
Sprinkle seasonings and cheese around the egg
Cook for about 5-10 mins on low
